Market capitalisation closed at N10.627 trillion, shedding N51 billion from the previous close of N10.678 trillion on Tuesday.
Aggregate volume of traded stocks for the day was 176.7 million units, valued at N2.077 billion in 3,294 deals.
Market Breadth
The market breadth closed negative as 11 stocks gained while 17 stocks lost.
Percentage Gainers
Chams Plc, ABC Transport and Thomas Wyatt Nigeria Plc among others on the gainers chart grew their share prices by 9.09%, 8.00% and 7.41% respectively.
Percentage Losers
WAPIC Insurance tops the decliners’ list, shedding 10% of its share price to close at N0.36 from the previous close of N0.40.
Forte Oil, Champions Breweries and Cement Company of Northern Nigeria (CCNN) among other price decliners also shed 9.87%, 9.79% and 9.15% of their share prices respectively.
