NSEASI Falls 0.12% Further, as Dangote Cement and Other 14 Stocks Closed red, Friday

The Nigerian Bourse on Friday extends decline from the previous trading session as the All Share Index dropped 0.12% to close at 32,383.15 points from the previous close of 32,423.57 points on Thursday.
Market capitalization also dipped by 0.13%, closing at N11.822 trillion below its previous close of N11.837 trillion, shedding about N15 billion.

Volume of traded stocks appreciated by 19.11%, while the value of traded stocks declined by 3.72% to stand at 166.6 million units and N1.485 billion respectively.

Market Breadth
21 stocks closed positive against 15 stocks that lost, bringing the market breadth to a positive round off.
Percentage Gainers

WAPIC led other price percentage gainers, gaining 8.11% of its share price to settle at N0.37 from the previous close of N0.40, First Aluminium, UACN and AIRSERVICE gained 7.69%, 7.48% and 7.14% respectively.

Percentage Losers

LAWUNION tops the loser’s chart losing 8.33% of its share price.
THOMAS WYATT lost 8.00% while Zenith Bank and Wema Bank both shed 3.79% and 3.45% of their share prices.

Volume Drivers

FCMB traded the highest volume of about 42 million units of its share in 93 deals, valued at about N72 million
Access Bank traded about 32 million units of its share in 97 deals, worth about N262 million

Zenith Bank recorded about 12 million units of its traded stocks in 268 deals, valued at about N275 million to conclude four trading sessions for the week.
