Market Capitalisation dropped by 0.74% to close at N13.423 trillion against the previous close of N13.523 trillion, shedding N100 billion.
Aggregate volume and value of traded stocks settled at 271 million units and N2.9 billion in 4,795 deals.
Market Breadth
Market Breadth closed positive as 25 stocks gained while 13 stocks lost.
Percentage Gainers
Cornerstone Insurance led other gainers with 10.00% growth to close at N0.33 from the previous close of N0.30
Other gainers include: Nem Insurance, Okomu Oil, Cadbury, Livestock and Wema Bank, all gaining above 5.00% of their share prices ahead of other 19 stocks on the green table.
Percentage Losers
Airtel Africa and Unity Bank top the price decliners’ list, shedding 10.00% each of their share prices. Following on the red table are CHAMS, The Initaite Plc and CAP Plc, losing 7.69%, 6.67% and 6.06% respectively.
Volume Drivers
FBNH traded about 56 million units of its shares in 591 deals, valued at about N309 million.
