The All Share Index of the Nigeria Stock Exchange closed 0.15% lower on Wednesday below the close of the previous trading session closing at 38,605.07 points.
The market capitalisation closed at 13.985 trillion as against N14.006 trillion of the previous trading session, shedding about N21 billion, implying a decline of 0.15%.
Trading activities compared to the last trading session declined significantly as volume and value traded dropped by 31.42% and 37.42% to settle at 267.763 million units and N3.826 billion respectively.

SEPLAT tops the losers’ chart losing 4.99% of its share price, so also, Custodian and Livestock lost 4.93% and 4.60% in that order.
