Meyer Plc (the Company) wishes to notify The Nigerian Stock Exchange and the investing public that the Company’s Board of Directors met on Tuesday, 19th March 2019, to consider and approve its 2018 Audited Financial Statements, amongst other matters.
The 2018 Audited Financial Statements were approved by the Board, subject to amendments to be effected. The 2018 Audited Financial Statements will be submitted to The Nigerian Stock Exchange on or before 31st March, 2019,
