MRS Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange and the investing public of its board meeting that is scheduled to hold on Tuesday, October 24, 2023.
In a statement signed by the Company Secretary, the Company stated thus:
In line with the Post-listing requirements of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and further to our notification of 21 September 2023, Notice is hereby given that the meeting of the Board of Directors of MRS Oil Nigeria Plc (the Company) earlier scheduled for the 21st of September, 2023 will now hold on 24th of October, 2023.
The decisions reached at the meeting, which is scheduled to discuss price sensitive issues will be notified to the market after the meeting in line with NGX rules.
