Kano State Governor, Abba Yusuf, has the Federal Government to reopen land borders to enhance food security in the country.
The governor who received the Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Adewale Adeniyi, in Kano recently made a passionate appeal to the current administration to reopen all land borders.
He said reopening the borders would check inflation and cut prices of food items, lamenting the harsh economic conditions being experienced by Nigerians.
