FBN Holdings Plc Changes qualifying date for payment of dividend to April 23rd 

The notification on the change of qualification date was signed and released by the company Secretary, Seye Kosoko through the NSE Corporate Disclosure on 15^th April, 2019 as follows:

FBN Holdings Plc (“FBNH” or “the Company”) wishes to inform its stakeholders that the qualifying date for payment of dividend as communicated in the Notice of Annual General Meeting has now been changed to 23′ April, 2019. The change in date is due to the original qualifying date of 22n^d April 2019, falling on a public holiday.

Consequently, the register of members will now be closed from 24^th to 29t^h of April, 2019 (both
dates inclusive), to enable the Registrars update records in preparation for the payment of Dividend.
