Custodian Investment Plc on Monday published its Audited Financial Statement for the year ended 31 December 2021.
The company also declared a final dividend of 40 kobo to its shareholders for the year under review.
A turnover of N85.74 billion was reported for the 12 months period, up by 14.23% from N75.06 billion reported the previous year.
Custodian Investment a profit after tax of N10.05 billion, down by 20.75% from N12.69 billion profit reported in 2020 financial year. Earnings per share of the company stands at N1.71.
At the share price of N7.20, the P/E ratio of Custodian Investment stands at 4.21% with earnings yield of 23.74%.
The qualification date for the proposed dividend is March 25, 2022.
The Register of Members will be closed from Monday March 28 to Friday April 1, 2022 (both dates inclusive).
On April 10, 2022, dividend will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at March 25, 2022.
