Access Holdings Plc has announced the complete acquisition of majority equity stake in Finibanco Angola S.A by its flagship subsidiary, Access Bank Plc.
Speaking on the transaction, Dr. Herbert Wigwe, Group Chief Executive of Access Holdings Plc stated thus:
