Dangote Sugar and Refinary Plc in its third quarter unaudited financial report for the period ended September 30th, 2020 recorded a profit after tax (PAT) of N26.6 billion, implying a growth of 81.12% when compared with N14.7 billion recorded in the previous year of 2019.
The Turnover for the current period stands at 160.5 billion, up by 36.7% against the previous turnover of N117.4 billion recorded in quarter three of 2019.
Profit before tax grew by 26.60%, to settle at N29.078 billion from the previous close of N22.968 billion in 2019.
Earnings per share for the period under review grew to N2.19 from the previous earnings per share of N1.21 in Q3, 2019.
With reference to the share price of N15.15, the P.E ratio of Dangote Sugar stands at 6.91x with earnings yield of 14.47%.
