Custodian Investment posted N61.4bn as turnover, proposes 35 kobo dividend to shareholders

Custodian Investment Plc on Friday released its audited report for the period ended, 31, December, 2019. The firm reported a turnover of N61.4 billion, up by 22.3% when compared to the turnover of N50.2 billion reported in 2018.

Profit before tax declined by 15.06% to settle at N8.06 billion when compared to N9.5 billion reported in 2018.

The firm made a Profit after Tax of N6.01 billion, down by 15.48% from the previous Profit after Tax of   7.1 billion.

Earnings per Share (EPS) of the firm stands at N1.02, down by 15.48% from the previous EPS of N1.21 in 2018.

With reference to the share price of N5.45, the P.E ratio of Custodian Investment stands at 5.33x with earnings yield of 18.75%.

Custodian Investment will pay a dividend of 35 kobo for every share of 50 kobo, subject to the appropriate withholding tax and approval to shareholders whose name appear in the register of members as at the close of business on April 2, 2020.

Closure of register is April 3, 2020 and Payment date is on April 15, 2020.
