Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc has announced the Proposed Rights Issue of 2,032,500,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.50K each at N0.52 per Share on the Basis of One (1) New Ordinary Share for Every Four (4) Ordinary Shares Held as at 3 February 2020.
Dealing Members are hereby notified that Planet Capital Limited – the sponsoring stockbroker to the proposed Rights Issue by Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc, on Friday, 6 March 2020 informed the Nigerian Stock Exchange that the Rights Issue will be opened for subscription during the period shown below:
- Acceptance list opened: Monday, 24 February 2020
- Acceptance list closes: Wednesday, 1 April 2020
