The market breadth closed negative as 17 stocks gained against 44 that declined in their share prices.
Percentage Gainers

UHOMREIT with 10.00% growth led the gainers to close at N48.65 from 44.25 previously recorded
Nem Insurance and Ikeja Hotel among other gainers also grew their share prices by 8.78% and 8.72% respectively.
Percentage Loser

ETERNA, TRANSCORP, Dangote Sugar, DEAPCAP and Guinea Insurance shed 10.00% each of their share prices to top the losers’ chart ahead of Champion Breweries, Ecobank and May and Baker which dropped in share value by 9.93%,9.79% and 9.76% respectively.
Volume Drivers

UCAP traded about 41 million units of its shares in 825 deals, valued at about N733 million.
Zenith Bank traded about 26 million units of its shares in 785 deals, valued at about N1.2 billion.
