According to the company’s secretary and as released today 19th March, 2019 by the NSE, the current announcement supersedes the earlier publication dated 12th March, 2019 as the date for the company’s AGM has been moved from Wednesday May 15th to Thursday 16th May 2019. Every other details remain unchanged.
