MTN Nigeria Communications Plc has declared an interim dividend of N4.55 to its shareholders for the period ended 30 June 2021.
The Telco giant achieved year on year growth in its top line and bottom line figures as turnover and profit after tax grew by 24.01% and 49.48% respectively.
Qualification date for the interim dividend is 19th August, 2021. The Register of shareholders will be closed on August 20, 2021.
On August 27, 2021, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at August 19, 2021, and who have completed their e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
