Investors gain N133bn as Market Capitalization appreciated by 0.83% to close at N16.064 trillion from the previous close of N15.931 trillion.
An aggregate of 336.09 million units of shares were traded in 5,575 deals, valued at N3.89 billion.
Market Breadth
The market breadth closed positive as 24 equities gained while 18 equities declined in their share prices.
Percentage Gainers
Coronation Insurance Plc (formerly Wapic Insurance) led other gainers with 10% growth to close at N0.44 from the previous close of N0.40.
ABC Transport and CAP Plc among other gainers also grew their share prices by 9.68% and 9.58%.
Percentage Losers
NPF Microfinance Bank led other price decliners as it shed 8.82% of its share price to close at N1.55 from the previous close of N1.70.
Custodian Investment and AIICO Insurance among other price decliners also shed their share prices by 7.44% and 4.60% respectively.

Zenith Bank Plc traded about 41.1 million units of its shares in 560 deals, valued at N895.65 million.
First Bank of Nigeria Holdings Plc traded about 40.62 million units of its shares in 250 deals, valued at N258.04 million.
