The Board of Directors of Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank Plc has notified the Nigeria Exchange Limited and members of the public, particularly, the Shareholders of Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank Plc that the following Non-Executive Directors have retired due to the expiration of their tenure as required by the Nigeria corporate Governance Code:
1. Dr. Adeyinka Bibilari
2. Engr. Tunde Olaleke
3. Mr. Akin Arikawe; and
4. Mr. Dada Ademokoya
Following the retirement of the Chairman, Dr. Adeyinka Bibilari, in accordance with the Corporate Governance Code, Mrs. Okwa Ene Iyana who is an existing Independent Non-Executive Director has been appointed to replace Dr. Adeyinka Bibilari as the new Chairman of the Bank.
The names of the replacements for Engr. Tunde Olaleke, Mr. Akin Arikawe and Mr. Dada Ademokoya have been sent to the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) for approval. The Exchange and the investing public shall be notified when the approval of the CBN is received.
