Dr. Tunde Sodade Dr. Tunde Sodade holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Calgary, Canada. He also holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, UK and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Lagos. Dr. Sodade is a highly accomplished infrastructure strategist and board-level advisor with over three decades of experience spanning government, private sector, and international development. He is currently a Partner at Strategic Intent LLP, a boutique consultancy based in Lagos that specializes in capital project delivery and asset management solutions for governmental, industrial, and investment institutions. Previously, Dr. Sodade served as Managing Director and CEO of Lekki Worldwide Investments Limited (LWIL).
Mr. Folasope Aiyesimoju Mr, Folasope Aiyesimoju in the other hand holds a B.Sc (Hons) degree in Estate Management from the University of Lagos, where he was awarded a Certificate of Excellence in Real estate development and finance, and earned the right to use the CFA designation in 2006. He is a finance professional with experience spanning corporate finance, principal investing and private equity and has experience building and leading strong teams. Mr. Aiyesimoju is the Group Managing Director of UAC of Nigeria Plc, a diversified holding company in Nigeria and the founder of Themis Capital Management; an investment firm focused on concentrating capital and talent on high-potential opportunities in Sub-Saharan Africa. He has worked at leading investment firms and financial institutions including Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, Standard Bank Group, Ocean and Oil Holdings Limited, and ARM Investment Managers.
