Greif Nigeria Plc with the trade symbol VANLEER has notified the investing public that the Company is undergoing its delisting process from the Nigerian Exchange as a result of its liquidation at the Corporate Affairs Commission.
The Company, which is about to commence the third and final stage of its liquidation, has settled its tax liabilities and is concluding the settlement of other debts/liabilities. The Company’s Registrars (All Crown Registrars) will be contacted to make the final distributions to the shareholders where applicable.
Following the final settlement of the debts and liabilities, a final general meeting of the Company will be called where the liquidation account will be laid before the shareholders.
