MTN Nigeria Communications Plc have notified the Nigerian Exchange and investing public that the Company has successfully completed the purchase of the 7.17% minority shareholding in Momo Payment Service Bank Limited previously held by Acxani Capital Limited.
Following the completion of the transaction, Momo Payment Service Bank Limited is now a wholly owned subsidiary of MTN Nigeria.
The Management believes the transaction with simplify and strengthen Momo Payment Service Bank’s operations, which is crucial for achieving its growth ambitions.
