Wema Bank Plc has introduced a new Mastercard dollar debit card.

According to a statement by the Bank, the daily spending limits are set at $1,000, $10,000, $5,000 for daily Automated Teller Machine, Point of Sale and web transactions.

 The card is designed for international transactions and linked directly to domiciliary accounts. Daily spending limits: ATM,$1,000; POS,$10,000; Web, $5,000.

Also, customers would be charged a card fee of $3 and an annual fee of $10 for making use of the card.

Cash withdrawal on an ATM would attract $2 per transaction and no charge on PoS and web transactions.
