Market capitalisation closed at N13.117 trillion, shedding N3bn from the previous close of N N13.120 trillion.
Aggregate volume of traded stocks closed at 275.49 units, valued at N3.9billion in 3,977 deals.
Market Breadth
The market breadth closed positive as 25 stocks gained while 14 stocks declined in their share prices.
Percentage Gainers
WAPCO with 9.95% growth led 24 other gainers to close at N10.50 from the previous close of N9.55.
Linkage Assurance, Thomas Wyaat, Mansard and NEM Insurance among others also grew their share prices by 8.93%, 8.82%, 8.38% and 8.16% respectively.
Percentage Losers
C&I Leasing, Forte Oil, WAPIC and Courtville among other price decliners shed their share prices by 10%, 9.96%, 8.89% and 8.70% respectively.
Volume Drivers
Guaranty traded about 25.8 million units of its shares in 187 deals, valued at N801 million.
