Vitafoam Nigeria Plc has declared final dividend of N3 to shareholders for the year ended 30 September 2025.
The Group reported revenue of N111.38 billion for the 12 months period, up by 34.78% from N82.64 billion revenue reported the previous year.
Profit after tax of N14.54 billion was achieved for the year under review, up by 1427% from N952.19 million profit reported the previous year.
Earnings per share of Vitafoam stands at N11.62.
At the share price of N94.90, the P/E ratio of Vitafoam stands at 8.17x with earnings yield of 12.25%.
Qualification date for the proposed dividend is Friday 6th February, 2026. The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Monday 9th February 2026 to Friday 13th February 2026.
Payment date is on Thursday March 5 2026.
