UPDC Real Estate Investment Trust Plc has declared an interim dividend of 22 kobo for its shareholders for the period ended 30 June 2025.
This subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval will be paid to unitholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on 29 August 2025.
The Register of Shareholders will be closed from 01 – 03 September 2025.
On 4th September 2025, dividends will be paid electronically to unit holders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at 29 August 2025 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
