UPDC in the week ended 27, August 2021, put up a sterling performance as it share price grew 37.59% leading the percentage gainers list for the week.
However, Mallam Garba Kurfi of APT SECURITIES and FUNDS Limited has some reservations and also believe the company has a score to settle with some of its aggrieved shareholders as related to some corporate action pronouncements.

He( Mallam Garba Kurfi) literarily called on the relevant regulators to intervein in favor of the concerned shareholders and also asserts that the aggrieved shareholders have the right to challenge the anomalies.
