The management of Universal Insurance Plc Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange and the investing public of the retirement of the Chief Financial Officer, Mr Samuel Ugochukwu Ndubuisi from active service.
Mr Ndubuisi joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer in 2012, and has since exhibited a high level of competence, integrity and accountability in the discharge of his duties.
The Company is grateful to Mr Ndubuisi for all his efforts and the services he rendered while in active service, and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
