Unilever Nigeria Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange and the investing public of the resignation of Mr Felix Enwemadu from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 30 September, 2022.
Mr Enwemadu’s resignation was considered and approved by the Board at the Board meeting held on 20 October, 2022.
Unilever Nigeria Plc thanked Mr Felix Enwemadu for his service and contribution to the Company and the Board over the years and wish him success in his future endeavors.
