Trading License Holders have been notified that United Bank of Africa Plc (UBA) through its Stockbrokers, United Capital Securities Limited, submitted an application to Nigerian Exchange for the approval and listing of a Rights Issue of Six Billion, Eight Hundred and Thirty-Nine Million, Eight Hundred and Eighty-Four Thousand, Two Hundred and Seventy-Four (6,839,884,274) ordinary shares of 50 Kobo each at N35 per share on the basis of one (1) new ordinary share for every five (5) ordinary shares.
According to the Head, Issuer Regulation Department of Nigerian Exchange Limited, Godstime Iwenekhai, the Qualification Date for the Rights Issue is 5 November 2024.
