The Nigerian stock market on Monday closed higher, extending the bullish run to five straight consecutive gain.
The All Share Index grew by 0.26% to close at 152,459.07 points from the previous close of 152,059.90 points.
The Market Capitalisation appreciated by 0.26% to close at N97.193 trillion from the previous close of N96.937 trillion, thereby adding N256 billion.

An aggregate of 451 million units of shares were traded in 33,327 deals, valued at N13 billion.
The Market Breadth closed positive as 34 equities emerged as gainers against 20 equities that declined in their share prices.
Percentage Gainers

ALEX led other price decliners as it shed 9.72% of its share price to close at N13.55 from the previous close of N12.35.
International Energy Insurance and MECURE among other price gainers also grew their share prices by 9.69%, and 9.64% respectively.
Percentage Losers

ABC Transport and CUSTODIAN led other price decliners as they shed 10.00% each of their share prices to close at N3.15 and N35.10 respectively.
Prestige Assurance and Guinea Insurance among other price decliners also shed their share prices by 7.41% and 7.38% respectively.
