The Market Capitalisation declined by 0.06% to close at N19.928 trillion from the previous close of N19.940 trillion, shedding N12 billion.
An aggregate of 203 million units of shares were traded in 3,594 deals, valued at N1.82 billion.
The Market Breadth closed positive as 20 equities appreciated in their share prices against 14 equities that declined in their share prices.
Percentage Gainers
- John Holts led other gainers with 9.68% growth to close at N0.68 from the previous close of N0.62.
- Vitafoam and LASACO among other gainers also grew their share prices by 9.19% and 9.09% respectively.
Percentage Losers
- FTN Cocoa led other price decliners as it shed 7.32% of its share price to close at N0.38 from the previous close of N0.41.
- NPF Microfinance Bank and Flour Mills among other price decliners also shed their share prices by 5.62% and 5.25% respectively.
