The Market Capitalisation was down also by 0.08% closing at N64.252 trillion from the previous close of N64.303 trillion, thereby shedding N51 billion.

An aggregate of 505.8 million units of shares were traded in 14,259 deals, valued at N8 billion.
The Market Breadth closed negative as 25 equities emerged as gainers against 33 equities that declined in their share prices.
Percentage Gainers

CAP Plc led other gainers with 10.00% growth to close at N41.80 from the previous close of 38.00.
NEIMETH, Livestock and Secure Electronic Technology among other gainers also grew their share prices by 9.96%, 9.90% and 9.66% respectively.
Percentage Losers

LASACO led other price decliners as it shed 10.00% of its share price to close at N2.24 from the previous close of N3.60.
Northern Nigeria flourmills, Academy Press and ABC Transport among other price decliners also shed their share prices by 9.99%, 9.85% and 9.76% respectively.
Volume Drivers

TANTALIZER traded about 48 million units of its shares in 127 deals, valued at N118.7 million
Universal Insurance traded about 31 million units of its shares in 173 deals, valued at N24 million.
AIICO traded about 30 million units of its shares in 286 deals, valued at N56.6 million.
