KPMG West Africa Banking Industry Customer Experience Survey for 2024 revealed that Stanbic IBTC Bank, a subsidiary of Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc, emerged top in retail banking and SME banking segments.
According to the survey, the financial institution led for the fourth consecutive year in retail banking with a customer experience score of 75.5 per cent and for the second consecutive year in the SME banking segment with a score of 77.3 per cent.
The 2024 Banking Industry Customer Experience Survey is the second edition of KPMG’s West Africa customer research publication and presents insights from over 33,000 retail customers, 5,000 SMEs, and 700 commercial/corporate organisations across Nigeria and Ghana.
