Skyway Aviation Handling Company Plc (SAHCO) has declared a final Dividend of 60 kobo per share to shareholders for the year ended 31 December 2024.
Qualification date for the proposed dividend is on 30th May 2025. The Register of Shareholders will be closed from 2nd June to 6th June, 2025.
On June 26, 2025 dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at 30th May 2025, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
The Audited Financial Statement of the Company for the year ended 31 2024 shows significant growth in the Company’s topline and bottom line figures.
Revenue of N28.941 billion was reported for the 12 months period, up by 74.91% from N16.547 billion reported in FY 2023.
Profit after tax grew year on year by 147.28% to N4.834 billion from N1.955 billion reported the previous year.
Earnings per share (EPS) of the Company stands at N3.57.
At the share price of N66.4, the P/E ratio of SAHCO stands at 18.59x with earnings yield of 5.38%.
