Seplat Energy Plc has declared a final dividend of 2.5 cents for its shareholders for the year ended 31 December 2022.
The Company reported a turnover of N403.91 billion, up by 37.56% from N293.63 billion reported the previous year.
Profit after tax for the year under review was N44.43 billion, down by 5.32% from N46.93 billion.
Earnings per share of the Oil firm stands at N75.51.
At the share price of N1325, the P/E ratio of Seplat stands at 17.55x with earnings yield of 5.70%.
Qualification date for the proposed dividend is Aril 18, 2023. Register of Shareholders will be closed on the 19th of April 2023.
On or around 10 th May 2023, the dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at 18th April 2023, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
