The Board of Directors of Seplat Energy has announced that an Interim Dividend of US3 cents per 50K ordinary share, subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on the 13th of August 2024.
To enable SEPLAT’s Registrar, Datamax Registrars Limited (“DataMax”), prepare for the payment of the interim dividend, the Register of Shareholders will be closed on August 14, 2024.
On or around August 28, 2024, the interim dividend will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as of August 13, 2024 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their interim dividend directly into their Bank accounts.
The company in its published half year report for the period ended 30 June 2024 revealed a turnover of N575.05 billion, up by 106.61% from N278.33 billion reported the previous year.
Seplat Energy Plc declared profit after tax of N68 billion for the six months period as against the profit after tax of N42 billion declared 2023.
