The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has launched a technology adoption assessment survey for registered capital market operators, as part of its efforts to enhance innovation and deepen Nigeria’s capital market.
The initiative aims to evaluate the extent to which advanced technologies are being adopted by capital market operators across the country.
“The technology adoption survey has been developed to assess the level of integration of advanced technologies among registered Capital Market Operators,” the notice read in a notice issued on Wednesday.
The SEC instructed all registered operators to complete the survey by logging into its e-portal using their existing credentials.
It said the survey would remain open for a two-week period, from May 5 to May 20, 2025.
It also advised operators with questions or concerns to contact the Commission via email at innovation@sec.gov.ng.
