NPF Microfinance Bank declares 12kobo to shareholders, reports N1.02bn profit in FY 2023

NPF Microfinance Bank Plc has declared a final dividend of 12 kobo to its shareholders for the year ended 31 December, 2023.

The Company reported Gross Earnings of N10.3 billion for the 12 months period, up by 43.99% from N7.15 billion reported in FY 2022.

Profit after tax of N1.02 billion was achieved for the 12 months period, up by 15.56% from N882.168 million reported the previous year.

Earnings per share of the Company stood at N0.17.

At the share price of N1.68, the P/E ratio of NPF Microfinance Bank stands at 9.88x with earnings yield of 10.13%.

Qualification date for the declared dividend is 7^th October 2024. The Register of Shareholders will be closed from 8^th October to 11^th October 2024. Payment date is on 1^st November 2024.
