NPF Microfinance Bank Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange and the investing public of the retirement of Mr. F.C Neslon as Executive Director, Finance and Administration effective from March 31, 2024 having attained the retirement age of 60 years.
The Board has approved the appointment of Mrs Akin-Balogun Olamide Mojisola as his replacement with effect from 1st April 2024.
Mrs Akin-Balogun Olamide Mojisola holds a holds a Higher Diploma in Accountancy (2004) from the Polytechnic of Ibadan, Oyo State. She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and Graduate Member of the Institute of Chartered Management Auditors. She has a vast expertise in Finance, Inventory Control, Warehousing and Procurement with over 20 years experience across banking, manufacturing and financial sector.
