Market Breadth
The market breadth closed positive as 39 stocks gained against 25 that declined in their share prices.
Percentage Gainers
University Press and VITAFOAM with 10.00% growth each, led the gainers table to close at N3.74 from the previous close of 52.80 respectively.
Livestock feeds and C & I Leasing among other gainers also grew their share prices by 9.97% and 9.89% respectively.
Percentage Losers
Ecobank, International Breweries and Ikeja Hotel among other stocks shed their share prices by 10.00%, 10.00%, and 9.89% respectively.
Volume Drivers
UBA traded about 39 million units of its shares in 878 deals, valued at about N1.36 billion.
Wema Bank traded about 26 million units of its shares in 455 deals, valued at about N400 million.
Fidelity Bank traded about 25 million units of its shares in 561 deals, valued at N525 million.
