Market capitalisation closed at N13.225 trillion, shedding N31 billion from the previous close of N13.256 trillion on Tuesday.
Aggregate volume of traded stocks closed at 242.6 million units, valued at N5.96 billion in 3,153 deals.
Market Breadth
The market breadth closed negative as 14 stocks gained while 15 stocks declined in their share prices.
Percentage Gainers
Glaxo SmithKline Consumer Nigeria Plc with 9.15% growth led other gainers to close at N8.35 from the previous close of N7.65.
May& Baker and Mutual Benefit Assurance among other price gainers also grew their share prices by 6.33% and 5.0% respectively.
Percentage Losers
C&I Leasing, NPF Microfinance Bank and UAC Properties among other price decliners shed their share prices by 9.87%, 9.72% and 8.48%.
