The Nigerian Exchange has notified Trading Licence Holders of the activation of the trading in Rights of Wema Bank Plc.
The Exchange stated thus:
“Trading in Wema Bank Rights Issue of 14,286,785,417 ordinary shares of 50 Kobo each at N10.45 per share on the basis of two (2) new ordinary shares for every existing three (3) ordinary shares held as at the close of business on Wednesday, 5 March 2025, opened on Monday, 14 April 2025.
Closing date is 21 May 2025 and the Registrars is Greenwich Registrars & Data Solutions Limited”.
