NCR Nigeria Plc announces resignation and appointment of directors

The Board of Directors of NCR (Nigeria) Plc has announced the resignations of Mr. Jimmy James Kallumkal and Ms. Karen Ashleigh Witthoft as Directors on the Board of the Company with effect from 1 November 2024.

The Board also by the written resolution, approved the appointment of Mr. Abdulqudus Anuoluwa Ashimi as an Executive Director on the Board of the Company with effect from Wednesday, 6 November 2024, subject to ratification by the Shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Ashimi Abdulqudus is a positive, proactive and result-driven individual with over 12 years Cross-Functional Career Experience spanning Service Delivery, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management and Human Resource Management, across Consumer Goods, Retail Distribution and Information Technology Sectors with Landmark Achievements.

Abdulqudus is skilled in Logistics Operations, Data Analytics, Service Delivery, Customer Relationship Management, Import and Export Management, Distribution & Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Service Quality Management, Process Development and Improvement.

He joined NCR Nigeria in 2016 as a logistics controller and rose through the ranks, occupying different positions throughout the years within the company’s supply chain organisation. In February 2023, Abdulqudus took up a new role and is currently the Service Delivery Manager at NCR Nigeria Plc.

Ashimi Abdulqudus holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labour Relations together with a B.Sc. degree from the University of Lagos.
