
May & Baker Nigeria Plc has declared a dividend of 40 kobo to shareholders for the year ended 31 December 2024.
The Company reported revenue of N28.905 billion for the 12 months period, up by 46.76% from N19.695 billion reported the previous year
Profit after tax grew year on year by 49.67% to N1.62 billion from N1.083 billion reported the previous year.
Earnings per share of May and Baker stands at N0.94.
At the share price of N8.10, the P/E ratio of May and Baker stands at 8.62x with earnings yield of 11.60%.
Qualification date for the proposed dividend of 40 kobo is 20th May 2025.
The Register of Members and Transfer Book will be closed from Wednesday, 21st May to Friday, 23rd May 2025 (both days inclusive).
On 5th June 2025, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as of 20th May 2025 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrars to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
