The market capitalisation dropped 0.59% to close at N15.133 trillion against the previous close of N15.223 trillion, thereby shedding N90 billion.
Aggregate volume of traded stocks declined by 43.49% to close at 250.9 million units against the previous close of 444 million units.
Value of traded stocks grew by 44.18% to close at N4.8 billon away from the previous close of N3.3 billion.
Market Breadth
The market Breadth closed negative as 9 stocks gained while 23 stocks declined in their share prices.
Percentage Gainer
Julius Berger led other percentage gainers with 9.93% growth to close at N22.15 from the previous close N20.15.
NAHCO, Linkage Assurance and NEM Insurance among other gainers also grew their share prices by 9.67%, 9.62% and 9.09% respectively.

ABC Transport led other price decliners, shedding its share price by 9.76% to Percentage N0.37 from the previous N0.41
GlaxoSmith, Eterna Oil and TOTAL plc among other price decliners shed their share prices by 9.17%, 8.77% and 8.55% respectively.

Stanbic IBTC traded about 43 million units of its shares in 21 deals, valued at N1.7 billion.
Zenith Bank traded about 34 million units of its shares in 475 deals, valued at N724 million
UBA traded about 18 million units of its shares in 314 deals, valued at N151 million.
