Julius Berger boosts Q1 2022 profit by 31.8%

Julius Berger last week Friday reported growth in its top line and bottom line figures for the First Quarter ended 31 March 2022.

The construction giant reported a turnover of N106.45 billion for the 3 months period, up by 49.50% from N71.2 billion reported in Q1 2021.

Profit after tax of the Company grew by 31.8% to N3.726 billion from N2.827 billion reported the previous year.

Earnings per share of the construction giant stands at N2.33, up by 31.8% from the EPS of N1.77 achieved the previous year.

At the share price of N30.40, the P/E ratio of Julius Berger stands at 13.05x with earnings yield of 7.66%.
