International Breweries Plc has announced the appointment of Toyin Adeniji as a Non-Executive Director of the Company effective 31 July 2025.
Mrs. Toyin Adeniji is a seasoned finance and development executive with over 28 years of leadership experience spanning banking, development finance, and private sector growth across Africa and globally. She has held senior positions at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), where she led strategic initiatives, global partnerships, and innovative financing solutions.
She more recently served as Executive Director at the Bank of Industry, Nigeria, driving transformative programs for SMEs and women-led businesses. Mrs. Adeniji has served on the boards of leading companies in the manufacturing and financial sectors; and currently serves on the board of Nigerian Aluminum Extrusion Company (NIGALEX) leading strategy and growth.
She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE). She holds an MBA as well as the Advanced Management Program (AMP) credential from Harvard Business School.
