The Investing public has been notified that the 39th Annual General Meeting of INTERLINKED TECHNOLOGIES PLC will be held at Adna Hotel, No. 28 Oladipo Bateye Street, Ikeja GRA, Lagos on Thursday, 10th December, 2020 at 11:00a.m to transact the following businesses:
- To receive the audited accounts for the year ended June 30, 2020, together with the reports of the Directors and Auditors
- To re-elect Director
- To authorize the Directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditors
- To appoint members of the Audit Committee
- To approve change of Company name from Interlink Technologies Plc to Eunisell Interlinked Plc
In line with government and regulatory agencies’ guidelines aimed at curbing the spread of Covid-19, attendance at the AGM shall only be by proxy.
The AGM will be streamed live online. This will enable Shareholders and other stakeholders who will not be attending physically to follow the proceedings. The link for the AGM online live streaming will be made available on the Company’s website at www.interlinkedplc.com.
