Global Spectrum Energy Services Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange and the investing public that the Board have considered and recommended to the shareholders of the Company, the voluntary delisting of the Company from the Exchange via a written resolution dated 24th March 2022.
Also, the Board approved the Company’s Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2021 (2021 AFS) via a written resolution dated 24th March 2022.
