Flour Mills declares N1.65 dividend to shareholders

Flour Mills has declared a final dividend of N1.65 to its shareholders for the year ended 31 March 2021.

According to the corporate disclosure by the company, the proposed dividend shall not be subject to withholding tax and would be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members at the close of business on 13^th August 2021.

The closure date is from Monday 16^th August to Friday 20^th August 2021 while payment date is Thursday 9^th September 2021.
